NTRV SERIES Two-Stage Oil Flooded Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump – Small Capacity   We proudly presents the NTRV Series Two-Stage Oil-Flooded Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps. The two-step positive displacement process of the working parts of the NTRV Series allows for deeper vacuum than that produced by a singular stage, reaching up to 3×10^ (-3) torr from 2 to 64 CFM.

The NTRV Series was designed with utmost consideration towards the optimization of footprint, performance, and integrity, resulting in NTRV models having compact form, low noise, low vibration, easily accessible inner parts, and sturdy construction. This directly translates to comfort, stability, and long-lasting service in operation.

The oil lubrication acts as protection for the inner chamber and vanes against the heat of friction and the potential damage caused by corrosive or harsh process material. These models come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects.

The NTRV Series two-stage oil-flooded rotary vane vacuum pumps offer

Robust Construction: The NTRV Series is standardly constructed in cast iron, offering a strong and reliable solution to vacuum processes and applications.

High Vacuum Capability: These models are an optimal choice for high vacuum applications at small capacities, such as roughing, thin film coating, sputter and deposition systems, resin degassing, prosthetic raw material degassing, vacuum ovens and furnaces, lab benches, gel drying, distillation and fractionation, and anesthetic gas extraction.

Compact Design: The NTRV Series boasts a design that is capable of housing high vacuum capabilities within a diminutive frame, allowing for ease of installation and operation in applications and processes which exhibit space constraints.

Low Noise and Vibration: The low noise and vibration of the NTRV Series allows for comfort and stability for operator and pump during operation.

One Year Warranty: We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the NTRV Series in order to assure peace of mind for client
