Medium Capacity Single Stage Conical Lobe Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump
We present the NC Series single-stage conical lobe liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors from 70-1700 CFM and 7.5-150 HP. These pumps are perfect for dirty jobs that require a rough vacuum of up to 28” Hg V for wet processes. The NC Series is incredibly versatile, often seen in operation for steam sterilizer autoclaves, resin kettle exhausting, deodorizing, and even poultry evisceration.

Despite the large hindrances and potential hazards to vacuum level and capacity that liquid carryover poses, the NC Series has stood the test of time, dealing with slugs of viscous liquids and small solids with minimal effect on the vacuum level and capacity.

The NC Series Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps offer Robust Construction: The NC Series is built to be durable in the dirtiest work environments. With available stainless-steel metallurgy, toxic and corrosive process liquid affects the pump at a drastically lower rate, ensuring a long-lasting and reliable pumping system.  

Carryover Tolerance: The NC Series is designed with a single conical lobe, which allows for exceptional tolerance when handling slugs of liquid, small solids, and slurries. These typical process hindrances are processed by the NC Series with barely any effect on performance or service life.
